Congratulations!

If you are considering counseling, you are on your way toward giving yourself the gift of mental and emotional health, facing your fears with courage, achieving your goals, feeling empowered, and getting more out of your life both personally and professionally.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience treating addiction, trauma/abuse, anger, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, grief/loss, and other mental health issues related to separation/abandonment, incarceration, and family violence/instability.

I prioritize a gentle, compassionate, and goals-oriented approach to helping my clients design their ideal futures, despite often turbulent pasts. I believe in each person’s inherent wisdom, and I would be honored to participate in your process of self-discovery.

Specializations: addictions counseling, depression, anger, self esteem, women’s issues, family instability, academic and professional exploration, and the use of creative art therapy with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
